Clinically recommended hours vary per client needs. After initial behavior assessments are conducted, the BCBA, in communication with the family, will determine how many hours are clinically relevant. Some clients will only need parent education or one session per week. Other clients may need daily sessions.
Crescent Beginnings currently operates as an out-of-network or private pay model of business. Claims are provided to clients for reimbursement by insurance providers or Crescent Beginnings will bill insurance providers on behalf of the client at clients convenience.
Sessions primarily take place in the home setting. However, pending scheduling needs, sessions may also take place in daycare, school, or community locations. Ideally sessions will take place where there are the most opportunities to build needed skills

Caregivers being present and participating in session is critical to the ongoing success of behavior intervention. While caregivers are not required to participate for the full duration of session, caregivers are required to be within ear shot for the duration (excluding school or daycare sessions).
